Returns and Refunds
Ordering from Straight to Hairven hair extensions is risk free! If for any reason at all you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, simply call us and we will issue you with a returns number, then return the item to us in the condition you received it and we will gladly exchange or refund your item. This must be done within 30 days from your purchase date.
Return Terms & Conditions
To qualify for an exchange or refund your item must be returned in original condition, unused, in undamaged packaging. Hair extensions must still be attached to the cardboard packaging as they originally were, if you are not completely sure you will keep your item please do not detach from packaging as this may void your exchange or refund.
Due to hygiene reasons we only offer exchanges on hair products that have not been worn or tampered with.
We cannot exchange extensions that have been worn or altered. Please keep your tracking number you have used to send the product back to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product safely to us.
We are happy for you to feel the hair and hold next to your hair for colour matching, but do not detach from cardboard packaging or install the extensions as this will void your exchange or refund. In order to check the hair you can simply remove the hair from the PVC packaging. If you are not satisfied you can simply place the hair back in the packaging, call us and then return it with your returns reference number. You will be given a full refund minus the Initial shipping cost within 7-10 days of the item being returned. No refunds or exchanges will be given without a returns reference number being issued first.
Return / Exchange Process
Please contact us and discuss why you would like to return the item. If you fall into the policy guidelines then you will receive a returns reference number. For exchanges, please include a pre paid return postage envelope in the package as the buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
If your extensions are faulty Straight to Hairven hair extensions will replace the faulty product once the original product is returned. If a replacement product is un-available a refund or a credit will be issued within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.
ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA are shipped by registered express post at a flat rate of $12 and are received the next business day in most areas.
*Some regional areas may incur a longer delivery time. Straight to Hairven hair extensions make every effort to ensure all orders that are received before 2pm are dispatched on the same day (except in the case where the customer is notified of an item being out of stock).
Whilst Straight to Hairven hair extensions take all due care and attention to ensure time efficient dispatch of your goods, we take no responsibility in the unlikely event of postage delays or any other form of delay once dispatch has been made.
Straight to Hairven hair extensions may collect and store information provided by you, the client, in the Contact Form for the purpose of enabling us to provide correspondence, to assist with enquiries and to allow the compilation and analysis of statistics.
Your personal information is important to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and no information personal or otherwise, supplied to Straight to Hairven hair extensions will be shared or provided to any persons, individuals or company that is not Straight to Hairven hair extensions unless prior authorisation from yourself, the client is given except where such purpose is permitted or required by law.
